One of the two historic structures that weren't blown to smithereens during WW II was this bridge. Fortunately for the locals as many were hiding in the adjacent caves during the bombings.

This is a charming, typically Ottoman bridge and one of the few old historic monuments in mostly modern Podgorica. It is where the small stream Ribnica flows into theMoraca, the big river in town. It is part of a waterside park which includes nice trees,...More

Very nice old bridge over river Ribnica on its mouth into river Morača. The best site for photo is from oposite site of Morača.

Nice old bridge next to a pebble beach along the Moraca River (beach only there is dry season). Huge negatives - seedy individuals congregate in the area and the place is a haven for rubbish. Has potential a city that lack tourist potential. I didn't...More

In the central part of Podgorica, the Ribnica Bridge is a beautiful secluded spot where it is easy to forget that you are in the city. The bridge is a bit removed from the main road and you need to walk down a small path...More

We went here on our way to the old city and didn't expect to see this amazing place. If I would recommend people to go to one aingle place when in Podgorica, this is it. Beautiful!!!

This is the kind of 'attraction' which will have you thinking you should have headed straight to the coast and forgotten about Podgorica. The bridge is a rather simple affair but it could have been pretty enough. Unfortunately, it is covered in graffiti and the...More

If you like garbage and senseless graffiti, then Podgorica is the town for you. What a shame to see the historic stone bridge over the river Ribnica surrounded by used tires, plastic bottles, and smashed cans of lager. It's probably the one reasonably scenic site...More

An old bridge in the near of city center. Isn't a top tourist attraction, but in Podgorica you can walk to this and around the park of the bridge.

Went to photograph the bridge early morning before starting work. It's only mildly interesting compared to other similar ones in the region. The 'river' is only a stream and was empty of water and full of rubbish when I saw it.
