Beautiful! Part of vlad the impaler and his father's vlad dragul structure. I'd recommend for everyone but specially for history buffs

It was an old church steeped in history, but we heard way too much information. If it's possible to do this church without a local guide, do it. We had a great private guide/driver, but he was unable to provide the complete tour of this...More

When we visited the caretaker let us inside to visit the church which we never realised would be so impressive inside. He took us round and told us about the different frescos and sights before explaining the ruins in the grounds. Worth a visit.

An old orthodox church build in mid 15th century inside the royal domain. The church is small and with nice paintings inside - still the originals. Quite a place to visit if you are in the former capital city of Valachia.

This is a small but beautiful old Orthodox Church on the grounds of Vlad the Impaler's 15th Century castle ruins. The frescoes inside are truly magnificent, and you can take all the photos you want.
