You need to take a taxi from Majunga, and then walk around the circus. It is very impressive once you're in the centre ogf the circus. Try to get an explanation on what not to do, since it is a sacred place for the locals...More

Went out with the resorts catamaran in the morning and got a nice day on the ocean which included a walk to the 'cirque rouge', a fantastic lunch and time for a dip in the ocean before heading back with the catamaran again

Took the buggy to the Cirque and right upto where one can go. Fresh cool waters even in sweltering heat. The beach was clean and calm. The red hills were a wonderful sight. Rare to the eyes.

We went there last April, somebody wil ask you to pay 5000 ariary per person at Grand Pavoi as an entry. There is no guide but it is quite easy to find it by following the main road.

Getting here was a pain as they had blocked off the roads a few Km's down so we had to walk a lot to finally reach the mountain so be prepared for walking. It is a nice scenic view when you get on a height....More
