For us this involved, rivers, temples, hiking and caves. We did the three hour loop and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend it and it was super clean unlike Ha Long Bay.

Trang An Landscape Complex can be seen by a boat tour that will take from 2 to 3,5-4 hours. The complex is quite big but also safe that you can also go kayaking. While you go through the caves and reach temples with sheer beauty...More

This was our second visit to the area and the first to the new tourist complex. The boat ride was really relaxing and the journey through the (quite small) limestone caves really interesting. Our claustrophobic friend struggled with the first (320 meter long) cave but...More

I visited Trang An in Autumn (September). It was quite a good time. The place was not crowded, the weather was nice, sunny with blue sky. We didn't have to queue for buying tickets. Very good feeling of travelling along the river on a small...More

This was a most amazing trip. A ride in a small rowing boat. expertly rowed by local women (mostly) who otherwise work on their farms. The limestone karst scenery was truly beautiful and gliding through a number of caves was also a great experience. Tip:...More

Wonderful landscapes and fascinating views. I astonished by the natural formation of caves and the mountains. Just amazing.

A beautiful landscape and delightful boat journey. Sadly it was raining so perhaps the best views were hiding. Be prepared for some of the oarspeople who are quite aggressive in asking for tips -leaves a bad taste after an otherwise good experience.

We chose the 2-hour boat trip, which turned out to be almost 2,5 hours. We went through numerous caves, passed several mountains rising straight out of the water, stopped at temples and a replica of ancient homes and an indigenous village. A must visit attraction...More

Hi, if you like nature and ruins Trang An would be better than Thung Nham. You should go to the Old Trang An and Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang, which is near Trang An too. Hope you like it. Have a nice time!

Firstly you need to arrive Hanoi, Vietnam. You can buy the Trang An one or two days tour in ancient town of Hanoi. it would take about an hour and a half to reach there.
