When you are in Siwa you are looking for relaxing time and so much history, but this temple can't be missed as it is connected to the story of Alexander the great and his journey seeking the killer of his Father Phillip. I won't tell...More

I really loved this place. We paid Egp 40 each and it took us about an hour to walk around. The place is amazing and still got Egyptian encriptions on the walls. I highly recommend you visiting this place

There isn’t really much written to learn about this spot, but since Alexander the Great once visited, Siwa keeps it intact as a tourist attraction. I wish I knew more about it because it is a neat-looking place.

It is not like Luxor and Aswan where there is a temple everywhere. It is a unique example of a certain period of history in this place in the world. I wish a restoration project starts there.

A history that may be forgotten if not visited. Knowledgeable guides are important in this kind of visits. Going up is hard for who has knee problems.

As the great Alexander himself came here to received the blessing of becoming the new egyptian pharaoh I think it was a must see for me. It's not in very good condition though

Actually I think the story is more interesting than "what is left from the temple", so you will need a guide or it will be just big rocks. also the view from there is very beautiful.

We climbed around the ruins in the evening to escape the day time heat, and watched the sunset. The history of this place is truly breath taking and back in the late 80s this site was very unruined, very few of us tourists. How lucky...More
