We enjoyed this well kept zoo and biological park with lots of quiet places to sit, historical buildings to roam around and many locals for people watching (and chatting.)

This park is advertised as showing animals and birds in their natural environment. It does have some sort of mangrove areas and natural forestry. The animals were in tiny exposures, some pack/ herd animals were alone. One poor otter swam round and round with no...More

Guayaquil is a very big city, using the system is very complicated if you are going to be a couple of days, so I recommend using a taxi to go to distant places, such as this park. From the center the taxi costs $ 4.00...More

The chapel is all wood and beautiful. The park is a zoo, but if you haven't seen the animals in the wild, it's worth a look. Amazing tropical macaws, wings clipped so they won't fly. Jorge is a terrific guide.

There is a show near and old house full of jokes and music. Based in traditional customs and ancient culture of Guayaquil.

Spent an enjoyable few hours here. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Ecuadorean birds. Well kept and well set out. Go if you have a spare few hours!

This park is an absolutely amazing experience. Plus it's free! I loved seeing all the Ecuadorian animals and plants. There were even signs in English for people who don't understand Spanish. There is an area with food and drinks halfway through for people to cool...More

Adjacent to Hotel del Parque. A great park to spend the Sunday afternoon. Animals, walkways, playgrounds, ice cream booths, cultural showrooms, traditional buildings, train carriages etc etc. Loved it!
