The place near to the bridge has been used for people disembarking after the bamboo rafting exercise. It is not a tourist site but you can still see karst mountains and villages along the Yulong River.
Most people see the bridges and surroundings of Yangshuo taking a private taxi our groups with minivans to see everything as fast as possible.
Take a bike trip instead. The rent is cheap and the experience is better.

Absolutely not worth the effort. We love Yangshuo (been there 4 times over the years) but this bridge is just a tourist trap. We took a tour there while visiting some other touristy things, but strongly recommend against it.
