After reading all the great reviews, and being recommended by various blogs, I reached out to their reservation department via email, and they responded to me that they only work with Brazilians, to me that is not acceptable, I will look for business somewhere else.

They have fantastic staff. Some guides do speak English. I didn't request them as I speak Portuguese too. Let them know upon booking you will need an English bilingual guide.
