What a charming neighborhood. Clean, safe, a delight to walk the streets and check the architecture or to find an interesting restaurant in close proximity for a meal. A wonderful part of the city I highly recommend.

It use to be a very elegant district, but with the city grow, lot of things migrate to other districts. Today Paulisra avenue is for bike riding on hollidays and sundays, and mostly for political protests.
