A nice museum to learn about the history of Japanese immigrants in Brazil. Located in the neighborhood of Liberty, worth knowing.

As the largest Japanese community outside of Japan,
Liberdade offers a variety of shops with Asian
products and restaurants with diverse Asian cuisines.
Liberdade is a world unto its own - you may forget you
are in São Paulo. The streets are decorated with red
lamps and there are various markets. On the weekends,
there is a great street fair at Liberdade Square,
