A nice walk along the beach. Tide goes out allowing you to enjoy warm waters. Continue on too the dolphins from here.

Pipa beach had crowds and is rocky with limited patches of sand. Nice tide pools to search for sea life but beaches to either side are less crowded, cleaner etc.

Disappointing! Crowded, narrow sand part! Too many restaurants by the beach males it ugly! Try Dolphins Bay, a 15 min walk.

The only downside is you have to pay for shade or be willing to sit very close to others at the tree line, but wow. The views, water, temperature, weather and diversity of folks and languages is magical.

This is one of the prettiest little towns and most beautiful beaches of Brazil. It is a good 1 1/2 hrs from Natal. Be sure to use GPS as you will be out in rural Brazil for a while. Beach and cliffs are beautiful. Take...More
