The tour (in the ground) starts in Urca, in front of the entrance to the Bondinho do Pao de Acucar ( Sugar Loaf - Square General Tiburcio). It is here that people embark and disembark on the amphibious. Each two hours from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. (on Saturdays and Sundays until 6 P.M.) the DUCK COPACABANA starts in the direction of the Guanabara Bay. It crosses Urca, Aterro do Flamengo up to Marina da Gloria. There DUCK COPACABANA finally makes the splash into the Guanabara Bay. It is a 30 minutes ride in the water with unique views of the "Cidade Maravilhosa". It is a mixture of culture, adventure and amusement. The whole tour is conducted by a team that includes one driver, two crewmembers (a master and a deckhand) and a tourist guide that speaks several languages. Our concern is to provide the best experience possible to our clientele.

This trip is not worth the money. A not too interesting ride through a minor part of the city. A very short, completely uninteresting water tour. Warning: They tried to add a zero extra on my pay. Promised an English speaking guide, but one never...More
