This is an interesting military fort on a headland between Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, where you can wander or sit and eat and get great views of Copacabana Beach. Going underground and seeing all the areas and rooms there was very interesting. There is also...More

that's a place that you can walk safely and have good food. Also sometimes you had concerts over there. So you can eat, look at scenic views, hear good music and also learn sometihing about brazil history.

Great place to take nice pictures. They have a really good cafe/restaurant where you can sit by the water and watch people paddle-board and swim. The museum itself was not very interesting

The fee to enter the fort is almost nothing and it's really worth a visit. Not just for the fantastic views and nice confeitaria Colombo were you can grab a bite but it gives you an insight in Rio's work of defences trough time.

and old areas from Rio de Janeiro. This neighbourhood
is a blend of Brazilian soul - crowded, rowdy and
traditional. This neighbourhood has a bit of
everything: bars with music, pubs, street fairs,
chaotic streets, and many shops. All these things and
