Come here on a weekend afternoon - you won't regret it. There are many places selling all kinds of stuff, good restaurants, but the best part is the live shows, with great music and locals dancing and singing. Great, authentic experience.
Went here as I was hungry for some local flavor and was not disappointed.
A 30min bus ride from copacabana and I arrived pretty easily. Its by far the biggest easiest thing to spot and the bus stops across the road.
