Paraty is one of the more beautiful colonial towns in Brazil and has great food and drinking options as well as plenty of choices for outdoor fun. Leave your high-heels at home though, the cobbelstones are quite unforgiving. Beautiful place.

Amazing Place Go on a Free Walker Tour for a good Overview about the History and Buildings. Best time is the afternoon when the sun sets and evening with the lights.

What a history behind this place and it has been kept in very good condition. A pedestrian centre and everything clean. The shops and restaurants all fit in and are very discrete. A real must see if you are anywhere in the neighbourhood, even driving...More
