I remember I used to have art course of drawing when I was a kid, it used to be a place full of life, now it's dead, even the banner is broken, it broke my heart last time I walked by.

Admittedly it was a Friday when we visited, but this place didn't look like it opened very often. The building itself is attractive enough with some interesting murals, but it's certainly nothing to get too excited about.
