The building really in the middle of city center. Great and impressive. It is closed when I visited, I couldnt have a chance to see inside.

It stands out regal and serene like a post revolution French aristocrat, hanging on to its wearing out Paraphernalia, yet still charming and beautiful among the proletariat, or in this case, dying French buildings

We visited on a Friday and so the building was closed and it wasn't possible to go inside. Despite this, it's still an attractive site from outside. Some further renovation wouldn't go astray. Relatively quiet in the square outside the entrance on a Friday.
