Don't go during the day; nothing to see. However, this park is lit up at night and very nice to visit. Pleanty of photo opportunities.

After a short walk up the atmospheric park with hot water springing up and streaming down, you would reach to the bathhouse with probably the largest outdoor bath pool in Japan with emerald green sulfuric water. At night, the light up at the Sainokawara Park...More

Although it was snowing lightly, we have really enjoyed the easy hike. The park entry is free and there is also a free foot bath, so bring along a towel with you. There is also a public onsen, 600 Yen per person.

Easy outdoor walk, with access to a big outdoor onsen (600 Yen) and free foot onsen. Bring along a towel, if you are visiting to enjoy the onsens.

This is a gem of Kusatsu, only about 10 minutes walk from Yubatake. Free of charge. It is not physically demanding because it is small, but very beautiful with onsen water running artistically around the park. Bring a towel if you want to try foot...More

Be sure to spend at least an hour in this beautiful park. There were many hot water areas and foot baths. Bring your camera you will want it. The leaves are also really pretty right now!
