We enjoyed visiting the Blue Sage Pottery. There was a wide range of locally-produced ceramics on offer at reasonable prices. And, if you were after a microwave Bacon Cooker, this is the place to visit - they have HEAPS!!!

Stopped in, almost at closing on Friday. Kent Harris was so nice and welcoming. Almost two many beautiful things to choose from. Can't wait to try the bacon cooker I bought! Go by if you get a chance.

The pottery here is done in local colors from local clay, some come from Palo Duro canyon. The pieces are simple, but elegant and show a southwest style.

Visiting Blue Sage Gallery is an adventure. Present are the expected classic hand thrown work as well as whimsical and high concept pieces. The on site studio is part of the experience and we have found the owners welcoming and up for conversation.

Located on Historic Route 66, with antique stores and a few artists for good measure. Stop by a visit with the artist and see his work. Some days you can catch him at the wheel with a new creation

The staff was so kind and helpful. We had a large group and we all had fun. The pricing is very reasonable too. The supplies were in great condition and everything was very organized. I highly recommend

For a real surprise in Amarillo vist Kent Harris at Blue Sage Pottery. He and his wife make the most beautiful pottery right on site in their historic store they have revived. Not very often can you purchase a complete set of hand made tableware...More
