I loved walking around and seeing comparisons of now and then. Even my 13 yr old boy became interested. The historian on site is obviously very into this and her stories were fascinating.

This is a wonderful Museum and well preserved uniquely Oklahoma historic site. I wish there could be a better display of the farm implements but I'm happy the place is still open, what a treasure for our state. I big shout out to today's curator...More

The Sod House Museum is a must see for anyone interested in history and especially the history of Oklahoma. Located somewhat out in the middle of no-where...this museum is one no Oklahoman should miss. It is amazing that this jewel has survived to this day....More

We wanted to visit this attraction to view the old sod house and compare it to the ones we have already visited. Unfortunately, we didn't check the times that it was open. The sod house was two rooms and built in the sprint of 1894....More

We had a great time. The museum director was so knowledgable and great with the kids! We had all ages. It was great for them all.

This was a great history lesson for the kids who can't fathom living without TV. They were fascinated by all the details. I'm so glad this sod house has been preserved. Thank you!
