You can’t come to Bodrum without visiting this historical site. It has been very well maintained and is not very busy. Free entry and an incredible site. Just imagining how this was used thousands of years ago is worth the visit. That view from the...More

Maybe I’m being a little obnoxious here but personally unless you have not seen an amphitheater before don’t bother. Stay on your sun bed and find another one in the future to visit. It sits on the side of the main road into Bodrum and...More

Small and not like Rome or others but for a walk in the sun using bodrum walking routes it was ok. I wouldn’t plan a special visit on it’s own. Put it this way we didn’t take photos.

One of the main landmarks in bodrum. The attraction is free to enter and you can walk all around. Avoid hottest part of day as it’s a sun trap but the views of bodrum bay are spectacular.

A bit of a stroll from town but worth it. Great views. Free admittance. There are toilets there but nothing else. Very glad we made the effort

The Bodrum Amphitheater is set up on the hill, so its views of the city and the sea are stunning - worth the trip alone. The Amphitheater itself has been restored, in some places it seems to be more modern concrete that original stone, but...More

Heavily restored but you still get the atmosphere in this Classical Greek style theatre. The site is free to enter

It humbles you to watch and marvel of this ancient piece of history that was handcrafted by men with no access to modern equipment. The acoustics, placement and view from this place is truly breathtaking. A must visit.

A fairly decent walk up a hill from the Bodrum waterfront (about a 25 minute walk). It was a nice bonus when there was no admission fee charged on the day of my visit. A classic Hellenistic theatre with great acoustics and well preserved at...More

It is on the main road from Bodrum to Turgutreis. I don't know where you are in Bodrum but from the marina or castle area (centrum/downtown) it is approx. 2 km. You can have taxi. The cost will be acceptable. Or there are... More
