This is not historical museum but I can say recent history. It is maybe not much interesting for foreign tourists. It is very nice for native Turkish.

If you are tourist and would like to know about Turkey you should visit this place. You will learn a lot about the founder of Turkey, Atatürk. He was a great leader.

Other points of interest were closed, so this filled the gap. Not really riveting. Pictures on the wall showed life events and the lay-out of the home reflected it as his office

My family and I visited the house where Ataturk was born. It was an emotional experience for us, the Turks. I recommend all fellow nationals to visit this beautiful house.

We were only given 1 hour here, probably needed 1.5 to 2 hours to take in everything. There are murals, statues, many stories, displays, etc. there is also a gift shop at the end. Enjoy!
