I came across this interesting temple was walking around the Tennoji park. It was crowded with locals during this weekday. Very nice, peaceful temple grounds with an adjacent cemetery.

Relatively younger than Shitenoji, this 'common people's temple' on one Saturday we were there, is noticeably much more lively and crowded as you can witness all live ceremonies on the making.

A little modern and a little classic Japanese temple. It's nice to visit this place, especially if you are fun of Japanese culture.
