This is the parallel street to Dotombori on the North side of the canal. It is less crowded and chaotic here. Lots of shops and food outlets too.

It is a street very close to Dotoburi, I should say this is a red light district for local. Many young girls and young guys standing there to persuade local people to visit their club, but they will not approach foreigners.

Street up from the river across from dotonbori. Not as many shops and not ad many tourists here as compared to dotonbori so it was a nice change.

Dotombori is very touristy and often the only food you can find there is Ramen, Takoyaki, and Okonomiyaki. Souemon street on the other hand has a wider variety of food and is more popular with the locals

Souemon Street is across the bridge and parallel to Dotonbori. There's a decent amount of food places along the street, but why come here when Dotonbori is so close?
