Definitely include a visit here on your itinerary! We timed our visit with the sunset so we were fortunate enough to be able to see lots of Osaka and then when night fell - some amazing nighttime city skylines! Many many many photos were taken!

It was great seeing the city at a great height but it was cloudy then in the late afternoon so the view wasnt that fantastic. It would be better if we went later for the night view.
