The Nada district in Kobe is one of the biggest producers of sake (Japanese rice wine) in Japan, home to over 40 breweries. On this tour, visit four different breweries ranging from small family-run businesses to Japan’s biggest sake brewery. Along the way, sample a variety of different sakes, learn all about the brewing process, and tuck into traditional snacks including deep-fried tofu.

Super on a summer day. You can find many places to eat out on the extensive decks. There is an indoor shopping mall as well. See the novelty mechanical clock. There are cruises including night dinner cruises which go to the incredible suspension bridge to Awaji Island. If you walk to Merikan Park which joins Harbourland you can see the Kobe Earthquake damage now preserved and noted up - worth a visit. There are good hotels with courtesy buses to the centre of town and a really convenient Tourist Loop Bus. A whole day out!

Just go for the soufflé pancakes.. our kids pushed us to go.. and it was worth the Trip. There is plenty more to see for family as well as couples only. It’s close to quite a few places to visit. We will go back there for sure.

The waterfront near the Ferris wheel of Mosaic shopping mall and the Anpanman Museum where the Kobe Port Tower and the Kobe Maritime Museum are on the opposite side is one of the best viewpoint. Before watching the beauty of the harbor at night for a long time, everyone should finish delicious food from restaurants in the mall.

If you are tired of busy cities of Osaka And Kobe then this is best place to go and relax your time. You can spend 3-4 hours walking around, can do some outdoor activities since lot of space and also refresh your mind looking at sea and enjoying the weather. Must go place for the ones who loves walking and quiet places.

Very photogenic area but not really a lot to do. The observation deck on the tower doesn’t have a fantastic view. Probably get a better view in other cities. The best part of the area is the old waterfront that was destroyed in the Kobe earthquake. Scary to see how much damage was caused. Nice place to walk at night and being Japan extremely safe. If you are already in the area it’s worth dropping by but it isn’t really worth a special trip.
