From the train station take the green bus to Meriken park, get off and walk to the right to find this fascinating museum attached to the Maritime museum. Kawasaki was in shipping first, until his ship sunk and he started learning about American built ships....More

This is the place for Kawasaki motor bike and Japanese technology lovers. You are able to see the history of Kawasaki bike, technology & design which Kawasaki provided for the Shinkansen bullet train and airplane. Good for the education for children and also fun for...More

We went to Kawasaki World as part of our ticket to the Maritime Museum, and were super impressed. It was like a small amusement Park full of interactive activities, like robots, films, using a flight simulator, jet ski and racing bike. We were impressed at...More

Because a western vessel did not work as it was destroyed by natural calamity, Kawasaki-san decided to make his own, and that took Japan’s engineering and electronics to another new level! We enjoyed this museum. Very interactive and is suitable for guests of all ages...More

I was surprised at the range of engineering that Kawasaki is involved in.. not just motor bikes but also jet skis, helicopters, tunnel boring equipment, jet engines, to name a few. Lots of hands-on experiences and a great place to take children.

My son loves this place! There are working robots/machines/trains and other stuff that I think boys would love to see. I think we spent an hour here with our son running around with the big smile on his face. If you live nearby, you might...More

Because Kobe bay cruise has a scheduled frequency of about 1 hour , depending on which cruise ship you choose, it would be worthwhile to walk around the area while waiting for your turn. I manage to visit this as part of the Kobe Maritime...More

Had neither read nor heard about this exhibit. However it is in the same structure as the maritime museum, and included in the ticket. While it is clearly a subjective commercial presentation of Kawasaki's achievements and products, I still found it very interesting and well...More
