We got to the gold onsen (Kin no Yu) at 9:50am and planned to stay there until 11:30am. When we entered the onsen we found there were only 3 pools there and no outdoor area and realised we'd allowed way too much time there. There...More

You can just relax and be yourself. The hot water is full brown caused by iron. And its taste is a bit salty. Many foreigners, especially asian, were in there.

I was here two years ago and it was great, especially after I was tired from traveling around Kansai. This place is a good place for bathing to relax.

Me and a few friends went on a day hike up to the top of Mount Rokko and then down into Arima Onsen. The hike was tough, but the Kin no Yu really fixed all the tired and achy muscles. The little town is also...More

It was our first onsen visit and we really enjoyed it - the place was much nicer, cleaner and friendlier than a Sento we visited recently! They are also tattoo friendly if that concerns you.

There is a normal Onsen I think but I still feel comfortable and related! Maybe I am foreign and walked harder! It's a great experience and good memory this year!
