Tulips come in almost every color imaginable, from yellow to purple to multi-colored.
The Prince's Bay Park is a popular place to enjoy tulips in Hangzhou every spring during the cherry blossom and tulip seasons. You can see more than 400,000 beautiful tulips, and you can also smell their fragrance as they compete for your attention.

People ask me, "what is the most beautiful place you have been to in Hangzhou?
It's tough because there are many stunning places in HZ.

One of the attraction located in West lake area. So beautiful and colorful park during spring season. We came on Saturday and there were heavy crowding. However we still felt happy seeing plenty of tulip flowers and cherry blossom.
Visited on Mac 2019.

Prince Bay Park is not so well known as West Lake but it's just beside the West Lake with fewer visitors which offers a quiet and calm atmosphere for getaway.

Prince Bay Park near Su Causeway was crowded with travelers in spring time particularly during the last week in March when thousands of multi-colored tulips blossomed well inside. Furthermore, there were many sakura trees inside as well. Entrance to the park was free and thus you have to be there very early in the morning to get hold of beautiful landscaped background for your photos. Highly recommended.

We went here yesterday (3/25/18) because I knew it would be perfect timing to see both the cherry blossoms and tulips in full bloom...little did I know that every other Hangzhou'er and tourist would have the same idea! It was absolutely a zoo.

While the tulips and cherry blossoms were indeed a strikingly beautiful combination, it was hard to get a good picture without having a million hands, heads, or selfie sticks in the mix. I guess I would recommend going here, but not on a weekend, and not in late March. It is a great place for a picnic, but watch out for the inevitable pee spots near the tulip beds where little kids have relieved themselves...still can't believe their caretakers encourage that kind of behavior in a beautiful park with so many people visiting it.

Biggest advantage to visit during winter is that the park is empty. So you can enjoy a quiet walk listening to the birds. It's a very big park area with the flowers garden there. Views on lakes are pretty nice.
