I am impressed with the view and how the temple is being built on the cliff. The climb is not difficult but the steps are slippery, good shoes needed

Dragon gate is located on the Sleeping beauty mountain which in part is accessible by cable car but thereafter there's a treacherous climb and descent. But the views of and from the dragon gate are well worth the effort

Very nice area to visit to get above the smog. Take the #3 metro to the end of the line, West Hill Station, and exit. Follow the crowds for a couple hundred meters, down the stairs on the left and you reach the park entrance....More

Take the metro to West Park then walk a long way or take the bus up the hill and the gondola to visit this spectacular cliff side attraction. Nice for a half/full day with brilliant city views and great history

It's a nice place to walk up or down while you may enjoying the scenary and the view of the lake. It's still a bit dangerous and need to be extra careful especially during raining day as the path is too slippery.

After exiting metro station do not worry and take a minivan uphill. It goes from the northern side and would bring you directly to the top.

don´t know if it is possible but in my opinion complitely unessesary. it´s just a nice park if you want to learn about daoism you will need a translator and talk with the monks (if they are real...) there.
