The goat statue is good to see as it is part of the history of Guangzhou. The hilly park is quite hard to walk up and down in particular in the hot and humid climate. There are small buggy cars but for a foreigner almost...More

The Yuexiu park is famous for its 5 Rams statue/sculpture. The park as such as nice to visit, but best to do so in the cooler climate as the summer heat can be a bit over bearing.

Boring in my view. It's a typical chinese garden which covers a large area. If you are going in the summer, please skip this. Too hot to walk!

Big park. Avoid when its hot out. Best to go Oct. - Feb. The 5 Goats are emblematic of the city. That and Shamian Island are really the most notable things to see in Canton.

Visited the park in November 2017 on a group tour to Mainland China and just loved the way it was so well maintained. Also visited the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees. Mainland china (Guangzhou and Shenzhen) are so beautiful and well maintained.
