Very beautiful cathedral, and somewhat different with the fruit and plant decorations on the exterior and interior, and non-onion dome towers. There are actually two churches inside- the basement church has more modern, vibrant paintings, while the upper part has older and more traditional decor....More

In my opinion, this church is rather beautiful from outside and is worth seing. But inside it looks like thousands of other churches all over Russia, so if you`ve seen many, it isn`t worth going inside. Visiting the church is free.

This is a definitely a place to visit, the architecture, the details of the building inside and out are amazing, plus you have a good view of the city!

This is a very beautiful cathedral. The paintings are magnificent. Great tourist attraction. Calm and peaceful inside. Very enjoyable for artists, historians and people from the Christian faith

A hidden gem in Kazan, I barely noticed it while walking down a side street, going back to the hostel in the rain. Definitely worth a visit!

The church is quite nice and it has a very facade... it's a little bit hidden and it didn't seem open when we arrived. But it was a very interesting still not to be seen somewhere else in Kasan.

This is an unusual Orthodox building and a real photo gem. While it isn't a must see item, if you are within easy range, it a good stop to make.

This breathtakingly beautiful church has a floral pattern and colour scheme very unusual for Russia. Naryshkin baroque (a Russian baroque style) is usually bright in colour. Don't miss the beautiful, mostly preserved interior and the bell tower. One of the best examples of 18th century...More
