Good way to see the canals and buildings particularly if the weather is clear. However do check before departure that their e receivers are working properly... ours didn’t but then none of the ones on board worked all the time so we missed out on...More

You can start the trip in six different places: Hermitage, Peter and Paul fortress, Summer Garden, Aurora, Faberge Museum, Kunstkamera. It takes about two hours and the earphones give access to various languages. It is great for resting your feet and seeing the main landmarks...More

Rest your feet and join a canal boat trip to see even more of this wonderful city from a different viewing platform. Bring a sweater as the water can be quite chilly even in summer!

it lasted about 2 hours between the river and canal ride. it can get cold but they have blankets. a lot of fun in historical.

Sorry maybe my answer will be late, I am not sure about the visa, i have a visa when i went , yes they run a tour during night. hope you will enjoy it.
