There's not too much of interest here, just a wooden bridge connecting the Peter and Paul fortress to the Petrograd side of the Neva. You have to walk across it to get to the fortress (unless you enter by one of the other routes).

One of the interesting things to see when visiting the Peter Paul Fortress in St. Petersburg is the Ioannovsky Bridge which links the fortress with Petrograd side of the city. This is considered St. Petersburg first bridge. Originally a floating bridge when constructed in 1703...More
