There isn't much to say about this museum, except WOW! I was blown away with every item displayed and it showed off some of the most incredible skills Faberge had. The museum itself has been refurbished back to its former glory and each room has...More

Like many others we had an hour to spare on our last day so arrived at opening time and had the exhibition virtually to ourselves. Very good overview of the Fabergé output. Lighting of paintings is unique and superb.

The Faberge Museum is one such place, every visitor needs to experience when in St Petersburg, it is pure elegances, decadence and shimmering beauty. Singularly the largest collection of Fabergé work from ornaments through to exquisite jewellery. Even if you are not overly motivated by...More

We did not book in advance and like the other respondent, there was no queue. The museum is open 10.00 to 18.00, so maybe worth getting there early.
