Went in the middle of the day and while it was extremely crowded, we had no problem buying ticket and viewing the inside of the building. It is utterly amazing inside (let alone outside). Definitely worth the visit.

This church is absolutely stunning. So ornate and detailed, I’ve never seen anything like it. A must see while in St. Petersburg.

Is any other church composed of this many mosaics? It's really amazing. Even though this is no longer an active church, the size and beauty of this church merit a short visit.
