You can see this from the inside. Its quite beautiful. It was built by Peter The Great. A bit of a drive away from other tourist sites.

City and fortress build by Peter the Great. The cathedral is really beautiful and a must visit. 1 houre away from Saint-Petersburg. A day is enough for explorer the island.

Kronstadt qas a close city during Stalin time.. marine is still there...interesting walk and church to be seen. Bit far from St Petersburg but part of a trip to Repino or Sistrarest can be interesting as on the way..to be done

Oozing history where the Russian fleet docked and replenished during an age of naval battles and races for superiority. Remnants of hardware dot the beautiful park like setting such as buried inverted cannons in the Great War with Sweden.

Actually, I did not appreciate the beauty of this place... For a Russian she's probably historical, but I think it's better to walk around the city center of Saint-Petersburg
