This was a great way to pass the morning.. highly educational, historical and informative. Knowledgeable guides take you through the world’s first nuclear icebreaker... and it’s history. Well worth a visit.

Its a must visit if you are in Murmansk. Its a grand & decorated Ice breaker ship of Soviet era. There's a 45 minutes tour conducted in every two hours. Guide is Russian speaking so its hard to understand the history for an English speaking...More

Not having visited a nuclear powered ship before, this was very interesting. Considering it's age it was even more impressive, both regarding the size and the standard on board.

Both tour guides at the Lenin spoke excellent English, perhaps you could ask at your hotel to call about the English tours. We stayed at the Azimut Murmansk and the young woman at reception called for us but, unfortunately... More
