The park is huge and has several buildings that can be visited. I recommend the Great Castle because it can see the architecture and life of Russia during Catherine the Second. The other two castles are ok, if you are interested in art be sure to visit them. There is a breathtaking golden hall in the Great Castle. Certainly the whole park is beautiful, in one part there is a lake around which one can remember and rest. There is a miniature museum in one section, but we have not visited it.

I am local and visit this park during any season. I find this place safe and comfortable, historical and beautiful! But only recently visited all buildings and exhibitions inside. Highly recommend as all information present on the website. All exhibitions are technologically contemporary and available on 3 languages - Russian, English and Chinese. Every 3rd Wednesday all exhibitions are free of charge.

I mainly went to walk around frozen lake in winter. Paths are great and scenery very picturesque for photographers.
Walked up hill and through arch to see amazing history before me. Such important and well preserved buildings are stunning.
I didn’t have time to visit museum but it is on my list.
Plenty of cafes and facilities but it did not feel like a tourist trap. Lots of families old and young.
Tsaritsyno metro on green line is close and well signposted.
Very enjoyable 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon.

Beautiful place to visit! Very impressive palace and surroundings. Could be a little too busy during summer days.

A wonderful place, out of central Moscow but easily reached by Metro. Well worth a visit. A very well kept and organised large garden, an incredible Palace with a beautiful museum and collection. No wonder it was Catherine the Great's favorite places even though she never saw it finished.

Beautiful park, where many many brides come to take photos. Intricate gingerbread architecture and also a museum and cafeteria. Easily accessable by subway from Moscow. Large park and grounds with musical fountains too.

I would call this the most beautiful park in Moscow. We had also been to the Gorky Park in Moscow but comparing to this Museum reserve, Gorky park was a concrete artificial land.

Entrance to the property is free, but we need to pay for the entry to the palace and bread house. The park and surroundings are well maintained. Plan to spend a minimum 5-6 hours in this attraction if travelling with kids. The place is picturesque and buildings are historic and beautiful. We can feed ducks, pigeons and squirrels near the fountain area of the lake. There are few coffee and ice cream shops around the place.
