An a wonderful cathedral. Tourist must visit this spot. Even though when we visited, some maintenance work was going on. It is worth visiting this cathedral.

To see Moscow without seeing this amazing church on the red square would be a shame. You can take and unforgettable picture near the church, and walk inside to feel the ancient christian history of the Russian people. Be prepared to wait to get inside,...More

St. Basil's Cathedral which is located just outside of Kremlin is as iconic as Paris' Effel Tower. You just feel it outstanding even from a distance. When my wife and I visited the place, the road separating Kremlin and the Cathedral was under some sort...More

One of the best cathedrals in Moscow. A selfie with the majestic domes at the background is a must do if you visit Moscow. The place is crowded and it took us about an hour to enter. The roads leading to the cathedral is filled...More

You'll remember eating there the rest of your life. If you were there there in the Soviet Period it as a popular center called the GUM. Now it is all designer shops in front of it.

The building, now a museum, is officially known as the Cathedral of the Intercession...More

We stopped by St. Basil's as part of a tour. It is a must see as part of Moscow. The inside is no longer a church but is now a museum. it sets at the edge of Red Square. It's still a beautiful landmark.

Your first view of this landmark is breathtaking. Photographs don't really do it justice. I did not go inside. At night the cathedral takes on a new aura. This is definitely a "not to be missed" experience in Moscow.

This small yet important neighbourhood is full of
state institutions and offices. To understand where
modern Russia began, go to the Kremlin and State

historical curiosities, indulge in modern pleasures at
GUM Department Store - not just for the sake of
shopping but for the sake of architectural pleasure as
well.
