The mall is located near Burnham Park and the Maharlika Complex. It is a simple mall but with basic stores where you can find best buys. It also has a bookstore, fastfood chains, grocery, and a Japanese thrift shop.

This is below the Baguio City Hall and near burnham park, no cinema available. This is the smallest mall comparing to SM and Centermall.

Abanao Square is a place to go, but the mall has too few shops, mall hours are too short and those Christian events every Sunday are too noisy.
