If the local government would just use the people's tax properly, this place would be amazing, instead, they just let drunk people and irresponsible jeepney drivers ruin the place. Such a disappointment.

Just stopped to take pictures because there are plenty of other things to see in Baguio that would be a better use of your time. It is close to Burnham Park, which makes it worth a stop, and the statue is fun to look at.

Baguio as a chartered city of Benguet province, Cordillera Administrative Region. Near city market, tourist can consider this as a landmark near the market and Burnham park
