Walls in the side streets off the Main Bazaar are adorned with interesting murals with "Borneo" themes. They are intriguing, charming and blend into the street scenes beautifully.

discover the murals around the cities. The most are located in the corner next to the Urang Utan murals. If you have an half day to visit Kuching, search them!

These murals are dotted all over town. Some are of local sights (Girls feeding pigeons), some are of local attractions (orangutans....in a wheelbarrow), some are of local identities (merchants on bikes). They really give an insight into the local culture and the lifestyle of Kuchingites....More

There are lots of these dotted around the town. Keep your eyes peeled! Lovely artwork even if some have started to fade from the sun. What do you expect?!

The Orang Utan Murals are great street art, but are very aged and need maintaining. The add great character to the old city
