The first few minutes of our visit did not look too good. As we entered the premises, it was clear that the local pub still was not yet closed, although we were there at 9am Sunday morning. After a few minutes wondering whom to ask...More

This "attraction" is completely disgusting! The snakes are kept in deplorable conditions, living in their own feces and without any water. When I asked why the snakes had no water, was told they get water from there food, as a reptile and bird keeper, I...More

it was the most extraordinary trip. We got to hold a falcon and he hugged us with one of his wings, Superb, The only thing we missed was holding the python. We plan to go again and see if we manage it this time.

Got to see some incredible birds, the tour guide was awesome. However the birds are tied up which is sad but I was told they do let them loose and they fly around and come back. There is a massive turtle over a hundred years...More

We saw this as an excursion from Watamu beach, and it was an interesting tour where we could hold a falcon that was flying on the trainer's commands, see big and small birds very close, and even Nile crocodiles and some snakes. Some of the...More

The falconry of Kenya is a fantastic place to visit. The staff there have been there for years & you can see the passion they have for the animals they care for. It is a bit tired & obviously needs work on cages but overall...More

It was a nice visit - the entry fees were reasonable and you get a guide to show you around. The area is quite small but has quite an array of birds, snakes, crocs and tortoises on show. It makes a good educational visit for...More

$500 Schillings to get in and you get a personal guide who explains all the different animals. Not a huge fan of zoos or other locations that keep animals tied down, but it was cool to see the snakes and the tortoise. There's also a...More

We had a very close view of different birds, crocodiles and snakes. We could not believe how small the area is to accommodate all these creatures. Good connection to nature though there is room for improvement on displays.

I had the misfortune to be taken to the falconry by my guide; I can't believe that it is still open as it clearly violates fairly basic animal welfare guidelines. I've visited zoos in a variety of countries including Madagascar and this is the worse...More
