It is a park in the middle of downtown Takamatsu. Around the park, there are the city hall and the prefectural government. The statue of Kikuchi Kan stands at the south east corner of this park.

The Chuo Park is a place where everything connects when the festivals are in session. The grounds are really quite wide and accommodates a huge number of vendors, stalls, and performances as well. The city really comes to life in the evening during the summer festival so if you are in Takamatsu at that time, this would be the place to be!
