Highly recommended. I have done a number of photo tours and this was one of the most educational. You get to learn and take great shots of Tokyo at night!

Hi Curtis. If you want to shoot that long exposure at night then any time after 7PM is fine but to be honest the later the better as the amount of people crossing will diminish and you will have more space to shoot. Then of... More
