An excellent four hour photography extravaganza fromm rooftops and other high vantage points to give unusual photographic views of Tokyo. Lukasz was an excellent instructor teaching we experienced hobbyists new techniques and composition considerations. Highly recommended!

Hi Curtis. If you want to shoot that long exposure at night then any time after 7PM is fine but to be honest the later the better as the amount of people crossing will diminish and you will have more space to shoot. Then of... More
