The park was free to enter, however the rides are sold individually. This is a great place to take photos of the beautiful night view of Yokohama. Definitely worth the visit. Do stay till night time as the Ferris wheel is beautiful.

A fun little park to visit, had some rides as well as arcade but we had a lot of trouble catching it while it was open.
Ferris wheel does have a display to tell you what you are seeing but not very comfortable.

Yes, you can even go there just to ride the coaster and leave! The theme park charges per ride, not per entry :) i believe it was about 1000 yen person.
