A place not to be missed since it is conveniently located inside new Chitose airport. They showed a couple of chocolate manufacturing process along the way and some displays of their history and company profile.
Great place to spend time in an airport.
It includes small factory which produces real chocolates and you can buy, and also have place to take it.
But if you have tight schedule, I'm not sure it's worth to sacrifice time for another.
Worth going to look at the production line and watch chocolate being hand- made as well. It’s free and doesn’t take long. We didn’t realise how good the chocolate was until we got home - wished we had bought more !
The Chocolate World itself is simply a general showcase of how chocolate is made but nothing on Royce's history. The opposite side is the production line which was interesting to watch how the chocolates are molded and packed. And next to the production line is...More
went here on a winter with my family. place is ok. chocolate sold is ok also. It was quite cold when we went so we stayed inside the store a lot though they have a nice show outside during the afternoon
I went twice there and they have cannelé de Bordeaux pastry they are very good and cheap most of the items have a very decent price children loved the chocolate bar in sandwich mini pizza but we stock up for next day breakfast every thing...More
