Sunset Cruise has been a well organised experience. Mr. Rabie was our guide: very nice and available guy, who also gave us some Aqaba Red Sea Coast history during the trip. After sunset we also had some drinks as well as rich and tasty local meal.
Recommended tour!
I give 4/5 stars, just because it would have been cool to make a quick swim before dinner with sunset.

We had a very pleasant day in the Berenice Beach Club. Everything was perfect, thanks to Nicole, who showed us this opportunity. She explained very politely and nicely every single detail we should know for a perfect beach day. She even mentioned the diving packages, the snorkeling and boat experiences too. If you want, they have a glass bottom boat too, so you can see the marine life while you stay dry... :D
Highly recommended place & service!

Ps. You can find her office in the roundabout next to the McDonald's. She will help you, for sure!! :))

I went with Diving center Sinbad for several dives and the diving spots were awesome. The staff was nice but is seems to me that they are overbooked and becouse of the big group you don t get much bond with instructor. Different levels of diving skills was noticable under the water and would like to have more structure dive due to this diversity. Overall, nice experience.

I went on a snorkeling boat trip and pretty much everything went wrong. First of all the wind was too strong, creating big waves and making it very difficult to even swim safely. A lot of good swimmers were in trouble and the whole trip should have been cancelled due to the weather. The worst thing though was that one younger man from the crew touched me inappropriately on several occasions! Especially under water he rubbed himself against me. I felt so embarrassed and violated I said nothing during the trip. I did make a formal complaint later though. A lot of travel agencies and hotels recommend this place but I would NEVER USE IT AGAIN!

I would love to share my experience on a Sinbad cruise, but I don't have much to tell.

After emailing back and forth for a week with the Sinbad team about cruise options, and attempting to confirm our plans four days in advance, communication went dead. The morning of the cruise, I emailed once more to try to confirm, only to be told two hours before the cruise that the type of trip we'd planned to take was no longer available. Unfortunately it was too late to book with another company.

They did try to call me the following day, but by then we'd left Aqaba so it wasn't much help.

Compliment shuttle service pick up from hotel to Berenice Beach to get on the glass bottom boat. Get the chance to see the corals and snorkeling in the Red Sea. The Red sea is full of jellyfishes but they are all unharm which it was the best experience and bucketlist to achieve. The guides were very friendly and professional. Price was generally affordable and reasonable. The whole tour took about 2 hours. You may want to stay at the Berenice Beach to enjoy the beach if you want to.

This was an organised trip to Pharaoh's island "Egypt" from Aqaba city. I went with a group of friends where we had to send copies of our passports few days before to arrange for the security approvals.
The sea trip on "Ala' Eddin" ship was relaxing and we had a great time swimming near the island, I did some snorkeling over there but found nothing to see underwater.
The island has an ancient castle built by the great Islamic leader Salah Eddin, and the view from there was amazing. Some of us (including me) had the chance for scuba diving, it was great although the place where we dived has no corals or colored fish to see.
They served a simple lunch on-board including either one soda drink or one small bottle of water. For more drinks you have to pay.
Our trip lasts for about 6 hours before we went back to Aqaba (Tala Bay).

Sinbad have a very good reputation, and deservedly so. We went on an afternoon tour which included viewing coral, fish and the wreck of a sunken ship throughout the glass bottom, plenty of time for snorkelling (equipment provided), and an excellent barbecue lunch.
The crew were helpful and swam out to show the best areas to view the coral. For less confident swimmers, inflatable rings on long pieces of rope were attached to the boat, a really thoughtful initiative. Staff watched out al the time to ensure safety. Some excellent fish and coral were on view.
The glass bottom viewing was also well-organised. We have been on glass-bottom boat trips in the past where everyone is jostling for a view, and looking over people's shoulders. With the Sinbad trip, people go down to the glass bottom section of the boat in groups, with seating provided, so everyone gets a good, comfortable, view.
The boat's crew are superb; friendly, cheerful, helpful and professional.
Thank you for a fantastic afternoon which we will always remember.

This is a good option if you want to spend 2 good hours on/in the Red Sea. It comes at 25JD per head, and includes a buffet lunch, a cruise on Red Sea for about 2 hours, free snorkelling and a view of the sea bed via their glass-bottomed boat. The buffet lunch, which was included in the boat-cruise package, was good: sufficient quantity, quality and variety. Any alcoholic beverage is additional charge.

What was good: It was a small group, barely 20 people, so the boat was not crowded and everyone had ample space to mill around. The boat is maintained very well, is clean and had really clean towels. Though I did not snorkel, I could see that the ones who did were all happy with the equipment, which were all in good order. The boat crew was good, well-behaved guys...helpful, encouraging. Both of us can't swim, and the crew was very encouraging, and offered to help us snorkel. Even though we backed out of the offer, the overall experience was good, and ending it with some good food was awesome!

What could be better: Visibility of the underwater views -- this was a great exeprience in itself...watching the corals and underwater life, as scubadivers waved at us from beneath the boat amidst the corals. However, visibility was not excellent, since there was a LOT of reflection/direct sunlight from the windows. If they had some kind of shadeoff/curtains that can be drawn for that little time in the area where passengers sit to view the underwater marine life, it would be a great.

What needs to absolutely stop: Littering the sea! I was absolutely shocked to see the crew (and some passengers!!) throwing cigarette buds into the sea from the boat, while we stalled for snorkelling. I also saw some plastic bags floating around the boat. Red Sea is absolutely beautiful, stunning and clean. Please please please please please people - don't litter it. I would even suggest slapping fines on people who do so.
