Great to see the white rhinos being guarded. Alec from Fawlty Towers lodge in Livingstone has a good relationship with the armed guards and they took as close, but still safe, to mother and baby.

Took less than a 10 minute walk with an armed wildlife officer to the place where they were being monitored 24/7. As we approached they slowly headed away from us. Huge majestic creatures.

We walked with so many rhinos. It was unreal. The rangers were super nice and informative. They are really helping stop the poaching!

We managed to see most of the animals - impala, wilderbeast, wild boar, springbok, giraff, zebra and rhino. The elephant was a bit evasive. We only managed to see from afar.

Our tour was only about an hour. The Rhinos were under trees nearby, but the guards had to go and check and make sure that the Rhinos were okay with people approaching them. The guards were very respectful of the animals... More
